Tilting kettles are used for scalding and cooking products such as meat, cured meat products, offal, fruits, and vegetables (e.g., cabbage, mushrooms, potatoes), hunter’s stew, various soups and sauces, meat and vegetable stuffings, purees, marmalades, and many others. Each tilting kettle can be equipped with an interchangeable agitator designed specifically for your needs, ensuring products are properly mixed and do not stick.
Additionally, tilting kettles can feature a pressure cooking function, acting like a pressure cooker. This special design allows for a several-fold reduction in process time and minimizes the amount of necessary spices and additives. Consequently, the cost of dish preparation decreases significantly, while production line efficiency increases without the need to expand facilities or increase the workforce.
Tilting kettles significantly facilitate the unloading of products into buggies, containers, tubs, trolleys, etc.
