Smoking and scalding chambers with horizontal airflow

Thanks to over a dozen years of experience, we manufacture smoking, smoking-scalding, and scalding chambers characterized by high process efficiency. All our devices are equipped with components from the world’s best manufacturers, ensuring excellent quality. They are energy-efficient, automated, and equipped with a high-class microprocessor controller. Our chambers allow for the execution of the following processes:

• reddening
• drying
• scalding
• smoking
• baking

We manufacture chambers in single- or multi-trolley versions powered by electricity, steam, gas, or oil, as well as with dual heating systems. We also produce chambers with horizontal airflow, which allows for more precise smoking of products on screens or trays (e.g., fish).

The chambers are produced in a set with one of three types of smoke generators:

• standard smoldering
• smoldering with forced air
• friction

The standard smoke generator can be replaced by a liquid smoke atomizer. It is also possible to apply both solutions in one chamber, i.e., liquid smoke and a traditional smoke generator. More and more customers, both in Poland and worldwide, are opting for such a system.

A cooling system can be installed in each chamber, enabling the cold smoking process.
