Baking Chambers
Opis
Baking chambers are designed for baking meat and meat products, such as pâtés. Additionally, the baking chamber can be used for scalding, defrosting, pasteurization, and humidification processes.
The design of the device allows for horizontal airflow, ensuring uniform processing of the load. All ovens are fully automated, equipped with a microprocessor controller and a system of sensors, allowing for control over all process parameters. Humidity regulation additionally prevents the products from drying out.
The ovens can be powered by electricity, gas, or heating oil.
