The year was 1991. A small hall on the outskirts of the city, the first team of engineers, the first order for a local meat plant. This is how Dakstar was founded — out of passion and the need to create machines that would operate reliably, efficiently, and without compromise. We knew one thing: the meat industry needed technology it could trust. Over the years, we grew together with our customers. Where others saw only steel and electronics, we saw potential for development.
